Both parties must be in Trinidad and Tobago at least 3 days prior to the date of the intended marriage. The day of arrival is not counted in  the 3 day period


Proof of Identification:


Valid Passport


Arrival and Departure ticket


Documentation if you have been widowed or divorced


If under the age of 18 written consent of parent or guardian in English    
                                

Couples are required to make a personal appearance at the wedding license issuing office

If you are a national you must visit the warden's office in your district to post your banns at least 8 days before your wedding date.
