Q: Can I bring my own minister to Trinidad to perform my ceremony?
A: All legal wedding ceremonies must be performed by a licensed minister, or individual licensed in The Republic of Trinidad and Tobago as a marriage officer. If you want to bring your own minister, your minister will have to apply directly to The Registrar General's Office, Marriage and License Division for a one-time ceremonial event marriage license. Otherwise, you will need to use a minister, licensed in The Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.
